Ambassi Parhu

A Meso-American fruit, avocado, is the base sauce of Ambasi Parhu. Another international produce, smoked salmon is the second ingredient, wrapped around a bouquet of dills, served on a slice of bread.

 

Ingredients:

Avocado, smoked salmon, dill, spices, salt

 

Wine Pairing:

Pairs very well with full-bodied white wines like Chardonnay and Viognier.

 

What Does AMBASI PARHU Mean?

In creating the names of our tapas, we were inspired by the archaic Hittite language. “Ambasi” means smoked, “parhu” means fish in Hittite language and the combination is the name of the tapas.
