Kaputtar

Like Kuttar, Kaputtar is also made with goat cheese paste and roasted chard leaves, but we serve this tapas on capia pepper.

Ingredients:

Capia pepper, chard leaves, goat cheese, virgin olive oil, spices, salt

Wine Pairing:

Kuttar pairs very well with aromatic white wines like Riesling and Narince.

What Does KAPUTTAR Mean?

In creating the names of our tapas, we were inspired by the archaic Hittite language. “Kuttar” means chard in Hittite language, prefix KAP is coming from the capia pepper on which this tapas is served.
