Kuttar

Kuttar tapas is made of goat cheese paste and roasted chard leaves. It is served on a bread slice.

Ingredients:

Chard leaves, goat cheese, virgin olive oil, spices, salt

Wine Pairing:

Kuttar pairs very well with aromatic white wines like Riesling and Narince.

What Does KUTTAR Mean?

In creating the names of our tapas, we were inspired by the archaic Hittite language. “Kuttar” means chard in Hittite language.
