What Does PANSAHUZU Mean?

In creating the names of our tapas, we were inspired by the archaic Hittite language. “Sah” means pig, “uzu” means meat in Hittite language. The combination as SAHUZU with perefix PAN which we take from Turkish word for beet becomes the name of the tapas.
