Tuzu
For Tuzu, we are using one of the oldest recipes of Turkish cuisine: beef paste. This delicious paste is decorated with balls of Madagascar green pepper and served on a slice of bread.
Ingredients:
Beef meat, onions, garlic, virgin oil olive, spices, salt, Madagascar peppers.
Wine Pairing:
Full-bodied Bogazkere, Acikara, Barburi, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah pair very well with this tapas.
What Does TUZU Mean?
We have created the names of the tapas by referring to the archaic Hittite language. “Tu uzu” means meat dish in Hittite language so we just simplified the name to TUZU.
