Right after WAYANA started to serve, we developed different options for wine tasting. You can easily choose the most suitable one among these options in the light of the explanations below.<\/p>\n

At WAYANA Wine Tasting we have two choices:\u00a0<\/p>\n

  • WINE TASTING WITH EXPRESSIVE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These are the events organized by WAYANA twice a month. The events begin with the explanation of the terms used during wine tasting, the wine types and production methods, the use of sense organs in tasting and a quick reminder of the tasting criteria. The wines included in the tasting are handled in terms of grapes, terroir, harvest and producers, and the tasting notes are recorded in the original Tasting Agendas prepared for each stage.<\/p>\n

    The first series of these events was held in eight stages between October'22 and January'23. In the first tasting series, we took the Turkish Vineyard Routes as a basis and brought together 66 wines and 55 producers, 10 on the Bozcaada Vineyard Route and 8 on the other vineyard routes, with wine lovers.<\/p>\n

    The second wine tasting event series, which started in February, is titled Endemic Turkish Grapes Wine Tasting. This series was planned as 8 stages. It will be implemented in two phases in February, March, April and May.<\/p>\n

    These scheduled events are entered with a ticket. Ticket sales are made through Biletno.com, an online event platform.<\/p>\n

    • WINE TASTING WITH TAPAS MATCH<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In this option, 6 wines made from Endemic Turkish grapes are paired with 6 tapas in the WAYANA menu and offered to wine lovers. Selected from among our characteristic endemic grapes, 6 of them meet our guests with the most suitable tapas content for aroma, taste, acidity, body and type. Thus, wine lovers have a general idea about Turkish wines and food harmonies.<\/p>\n

      The Tapas Pairing Wine Tasting is part of the WAYANA Menu. Reservation is required, no restrictions on the number of people.<\/p>\n

      • WINE TASTING WITH CONTENTS SPECIAL TO THE ATTENDING GROUP<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Apart from WAYANA's standard tastings, it is our tasting option specially prepared for groups. In this option, you can organize tastings with different criteria from the wines in WAYANA's wide wine range. These tastings are based on different producer variations of the specific grape variety (the number of grapes you choose from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay, etc.), vertical tasting of the same wine (Likya Ac\u0131kara yields from 2014 to 2021, etc.), or according to a producer's wine range (Chamlija brand). 8 wines, Pamukkale Anfora series, etc.). Pricing of these tastings is calculated according to the number of participants and the product. It must be prepaid.<\/p>\n

        • WINE TASTING NO EXPRESSION<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Regional wine tastings prepared in the light of WAYANA's previous events are another option for wine lovers. Sets of 6 wines are an enjoyable wine journey that our guests take at their own pace.<\/p>\n

          We do not include these tastings on the WAYANA Menu. We host interested groups by reservation, there is no restriction on the number of people.<\/p>\n

          2 \u2013 WAYANA-SUPPORTED WINE TASTING SOLUTIONS OF WINE PROFESSIONALS<\/strong><\/p>\n

          It is designed for professional guides and sommeliers to use the WAYANA infrastructure for wine tasting events organized for their groups. The supply and services of the products included in the tasting are priced according to the number of participants. A special contract is prepared according to the content and number of participants of each event. It must be prepaid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
