One of the gastronomical delights of Turkey is a local blue cheese of Ni\u011fde province. The cheese has a unique aroma and taste coming from the ageing process, during which the cheese is kept inside deep caves to mature. We place the cheese on top of a honey and onion sauce and serve it on a slice of bread.<\/p>

What Does NEPIS Mean?<\/strong><\/p>
