Our Journey from BEPPE to WAYANA

We moved our BEPPE journey, which started on April 1, 2010, to a different format focusing only on package service on February 28, 2021. BEPPE, where pizza, the most consumed food in the world, is at the center, has also been at the center of our family life for about eleven years. We have worked hard to give pizza a different identity, and in return for these efforts, we have gained BEPPE friends who have established very strong and sincere bonds with us.

 

In late 2020, as we were all getting used to the pandemic period, we included BEPPE in a cloud kitchen project. BEPPE, the star of the inception period of the new project, has completed its mission and is entitled to retirement after a successful period for us.

 

Another area where BEPPE was very strong, besides pizza, was the wine menu. When the pandemic period caused the restaurant activities to stop, our wine service, which was closed to package sale by law, also stopped inevitably. Our knowledge and knowledge about wine, which has been formed over the years, has been closed in on itself for a while.

 

Until 2022…

 

We continue our wine journey, which we started in 2014, with our new brand, which we now call WAYANA. WAYANA is a word we borrowed from the ancient civilization of the land we live on, from the Hittites, slightly modifying it. We chose this word, which means wine in the Hittite language, because it plays a leading role in our work and reminds us of our ties to thousands of years ago.

 

We would like to see WAYANA as a meeting point for those who value wine culture rather than just serving wine. We want to be a center that offers a wide selection of wines, shares wine knowledge, prioritizes our guests to embrace continuous learning, which is an inseparable part of our corporate fabric, introduces and uses accessories that add value to wine, cares about and highlights the products of our own lands. That's why we want to enrich our small space with sections where wine accessories, wine and gastronomy books will be exhibited.

 

For various reasons, our country was delayed in producing wine. But, especially in the last forty years, we have been proud to see that new entrepreneurs who set their heart on wine produce wines that we can't get enough of. We serve a very wide menu to bring their products to wine lovers. In the last period of BEPPE, we completed our activity with a menu that included wines produced by eighty-two producers. We set out with the intention of preparing a menu that embraces all the producers we could reach during the WAYANA period.

 

WAYANA offers wines from all categories, suitable for all budgets, all tastefully drunk, and tapas compatible with any wine. Our door is open to all wine lovers who share the same excitement with us, we are waiting for you.
