As WAYANA Wine Bar, we previously organized the Turkey Wine Regions Vineyard Route Wine Tasting event series and brought the products of our country's wine producers to wine lovers in eight stages.

We completed our tasting series, which we started on October 9, 2022 and held on Sundays every two weeks, with the last session on January 22, 2023.

On Sunday, January 8, we held the seventh of WAYANA's eight-stage tasting events under the title of Turkey Vineyard Routes Wine Tasting.

We reserved the sixth of the Vineyard Route Tastings, which we prepared by following the Turkish Wine Regions, for the producers of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia.

At the heart of WAYANA, of course, is wine. It didn't take long for us to come to an agreement that tapas should be the main item on the menu that we will serve alongside the wine.

This year, the entire WAYANA team attended the wine meeting organized by Gustobar in Istanbul on 3 – 4 December 2022. It was surprising and exhausting for the young members of the team to digest both the network and the content (read as a tasting) of the event.

We did the Denizli region, the fifth of our Turkey Vineyard Routes Wine Tasting series, which we started with Bozcaada, on Sunday, December 11th. At the beginning of this tasting series, we gathered the prominent regions of our country in wine production under six headings.

Later that night on Saturday, November 19, 2022, I received a Google alert stating that we had received a new 'online review' and the result was 1, the lowest possible value. In other words, our guest must have been treated so badly that he deemed the lowest value appropriate for us.

If the place to go for a group meal is a tavern, it usually takes time to choose appetizers and dishes. Because there is no debate about whether the drink is raki. It is highly unlikely that a request for a non-standard raki will come from among the participants, so the conversation of the night begins quickly.

On Sunday, November 13, we were in Central Anatolia this time with wine lovers chasing new wines. The cultural history shows that viticulture and wine making have been a part of life in this region for thousands of years.
