Kapreçe

One of the simple but delicious appetizers of the Italian cuisine is caprece. Our tapas Kapreçe is inspired from this Mediterranean dish: pesto sauce, fresh mozzarella and tomato slices with basil leaves on top of a bread slice.

Ingredients:

Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil, virgin olive oil, pesto sauce, spices

Light-bodied Sauvignon Blanc or Bornova Muscat are a great match

What Does KAPREÇE Mean?

In creating the names of our tapas, we were inspired by the archaic Hittite language. This tapas is the only one whose name references the original Italian name.
